"Admin mode" is used for adding new items, deleting items you no longer want, and changing items already on the website. It is also used (via the "Prefs" link) to make presentation changes, such as how many rows and columns of thumbnail are displayed, and what information is displayed with images.

Be careful when in admin mode! Particularly in "Prefs", you can make changes that make your website un-viewable. Remember to "Logout" when done.
